The difference between secular and Christian coaching models is that the former moves you into a place of realizing your personal goals and dreams but does not focus on God’s desires for you. However, Christian coaching helps you realize your potential and personal goals but within the framework of God’s desires for your life. Christian’s who desire to be all God has called them to be need a faith-based coaching approach to help them live in the joy and abundance that God alone promises.

In order to accelerate your destiny, we have designed a four step plan called the Destiny Determinants Model. When you become a Certified Dream Mentor you will be equipped to utilize this transformation module to coach others into their destiny.

Our corporation is spearheaded by our Founders Pastors Adam and Candice Smithyman. Adam is a Board Certified Pastoral Counselor and Sr. Pastor of Freedom Destiny Christian Fellowship in Middleburg, Florida. Candice is a Board Certified Christian Counselor and has her Masters in Theology & her Masters in Christian Counseling. Candice is working toward her Ph.D. in Counseling from Liberty University.

The session was truly anointed. So much became crystal clear on the value, purpose and methods of mentoring. I know I was meant to be in this class and learn these things. I've been a teacher in the Christian arena for many years and I was a Guardian Ad Litum (abused child court advocate) for a few years.
