She is a devoted wife to her middle-school sweetheart Hunter, Mom to 2 girls, and passionate Coach who is dedicated to see her clients go from Victim to Victorious by learning how to stand in the Righteousness of Christ that is already inside of them when they received Jesus.
She is the daughter of Drs. Adam and Candice Smithyman and the Director of Coaches at Dream Mentors. She has been in ministry her entire life, and is grateful to call Relevant Church in Tampa, FL her home church where she & her husband serve faithfully in many areas of the ministry, especially helping Couples pursue Christ to have a strong, abundant marriage. She also has a Degree in Psychology from USF.

Shilove Jean Baptiste
Shilove is a long-standing mentor/coach trainer with Dream Mentors Ministries as well as an inner circle intercessor with various ministries. She is a Kingdom Barnabas called alongside leaders and is aligned with Glory of Zion, Her Voice Movement, the American Bible Society to name a few. She is currently stationed in the state of New Hampshire and wears different hats as a care provider and advocate for elders and most recently achieved her Masters in Christian Counseling.
She is a teacher at heart and believes her key purpose is to live a life of service in the Kingdom of God by helping trauma survivors face their fears, rise above their past and embrace God’s purpose and plan for their destiny.
When not working, she enjoys reading, hiking, and recharging by the ocean.

Dina Duchene
Dina is an ordained Pastor, Master Coach, Trainer and Counselor. She has more than 3000 hours in the areas of coaching and credentialing other Coaches and Master Coaches specializing in Biblical and Transformational Life Coaching. Dr. Dina is an expert facilitator and trainer of the Dream Mentors International Coach Credentialing materials. She was the Center Director for Dream Mentors for over 5 years as both Master Coach, Mentor Coach Liaison and Lead Counselor. In addition to her coaching resume, Dr. Dina is a seasoned leader and trainer in the areas of group dynamics and discipleship. She has written several training curriculums to assist groups and leaders in identifying their strengths and gaps regarding purpose, vision and mission. In her role as a speaker minister of the gospel, Pastor Dina delivers Holy Spirit-filled words of wisdom, clarity, rebuke and encouragement. It is evident when she stands before God’s people the Word has ministered to her first before she has brought it before them. Dr. Dina is an anointed and passionate people helper submitted to God to help others reach their God given talents no matter their sphere(s) of influence and God-given territory.
Dr. Dina is the wife of Peter and together they have five wonderful adult children and one son-in-love. As a family they share many testimonies of God’s goodness and redemption!

The coach will walk you through the program and issue you their credential for completion of their requirements as you are a student of their school or ministry. Dream Mentors is solely the publishing house for the materials and we have Affiliate Coaches who use our materials in their own ministries, schools, and coaching businesses.
Again, all those participating as affiliate schools or ministries are aware of Dream Mentors requirements however each affiliate has the right to adjust the program for credentialing as they see fit for the purposes of their school or ministry.
All coach affiliates have the right to choose what prices they charge for their school, ministry, or coaching program. Dream Mentors does not receive these funds. We are only the publishing house for the materials.
If you choose the Self study track, you will receive at the end of material completion an electronic Certificate of Completion of the Self Study/Spiritual Growth part of the course. This is evidence you used Dream Mentors materials for your learning. This comes to you in the Teachable back office.
If you choose to have a Coach to receive credentialing, that Ministry Affiliate is responsible for issuing your credential for the Mentor Coach Training hours that you have been charged for by that ministry. The Ministry Affiliate is the credentialing ministry and is the one issuing you the credential that you are qualified to coach others. If you are not satisfied with your trainer for any reason please work with them as Dream Mentors is not responsible for their training only administering the curriculum to them.
Dream Mentors is a Christian Coaching Organization, therefore we are not affiliated with the International Coaching Federation (ICF- a secular organization). We have established guidelines that are associated with excellent coaching standards however you will not receive a credential from the ICF.
