Dream Mentors 101: Basic Biblical Life Coaching

This is an introductory course for those persons desiring to become better disciples and also learn the basics of biblical life coaching.

In this 30 hour course you will be introduced to basic disciple training skills and basic biblical life coaching skills. Preparation skills are developed for the specialty of Christian Transformational Life Coaching.

12 Week Program includes,

  • 30 Hour Course Material (Videos, PowerPoints, Audios)

  • Meet 1:1 for 1 Hour each week with a Credentialed Biblical Life Coach

  • Soul Transformation Book (Read it Weeks 1-6)

  • Standing In His Righteousness 21 Day Journal 

  • Opening the Glory Realms Book (Read it Weeks 7-12)

  • Invite to Dr. Candice Smithyman's Maximize Your Prophetic Potential Zoom Class 1x a Month

  • Receive credential from your coach upon completion of the course​

Course topics for Dream Mentors 101 include,

  • What is the difference between Life Coaching and Biblical Life Coaching?

  • What is vision, purpose, destiny, and passion? How do your values influence your vision?

  • DM Destiny Determinants Life Coaching Model

  • Motivation Theory and Entanglements: Why We Do What We Do

  • Skills training in BEING a Life Coach versus DOING Life Coaching

  • DM 12 Discipler Coach Training Standards consisting of the four components of Coach Attitude, Coach Transformation, and Coach Client Centered Skills. These are the basic standards required by all DM Biblical Life Coaches and Transformational Life Coaches

  • The Path of a Spiritual Director and how this relates to a Christian Transformational Life Coach.

  • An introduction to the 12 Spiritual Disciplines for spiritual formation.

  • Different approaches to overcoming obstacles and roadblocks for Biblical Life coaches and Christian Transformational Life Coaches.

  • Contemplative Christian Transformational Coaching Model and other models are discussed and applied.

  • Elective topics that enhance spiritual formation and growth for the client are discussed and expounded on.

If you take the SPIRITUAL GROWTH TRACK then you will simply be using the materials for your own spiritual growth and development. **NO credential is given for this option**

However, if you choose to do the COACHING GROWTH TRACK than you will be receiving 10 hours of Coaching with a Coach, which qualifies you for a Basic Biblical Life Coaching Credential.

Dream Mentors 201: Advanced Transformational Life Coaching

This is an advanced course divided into 201A and B where you receive more than 30 hours of Advanced Transformational Life Coaching. This advanced level course is for those persons desiring to understand the depths of transformational life coaching. Coaching theories and attachment to God are encouraged in the transformational process. Skills will be learned to help the coach learn to connect with God better and to how to help the client do this in the transformational process. An understanding of the diagrams will be necessary to facilitate this course to others.

12 Week Program includes,

  • 30 Hour Course Video Materials and Power points/Audio files

  • Meet 6 hours with your coach during 201A and 6 hours with coach during 201B on Zoom 

  • Receive credential from your coach upon completion of the course​

Course Topics in DM 201A and B include, 

  • Effective strategies and theories to help the coach understand the mental processes that their client’s are experiencing prior to and during the coaching sessions. This will encompass a variety of different coaching theories.

  • How to practice the presence of God.

  • Attachment to God as a secure base in relationships

  • How the discipline of solitude will enhance one’s relationship to God as a secure attachment. How the discipline of solitude can be used as a coaching technique for those people desiring a stronger and more intimate relationship with God.

  • How to increase the process of mindfulness and mentalization in our coaching clients.

  • Exposition of Romans 5, 6, 7, 8 and how the law increases sin in the life of the believer.

  • Coaching skills and strategies to help the coach work with the client on how to recognize thought patterns that may be preventing them from moving toward wholeness.

  • Contemplative Christian Transformational Coaching Model and other models are discussed and applied.

  • Elective topics that enhance spiritual formation and growth for the client are discussed and expounded on

However, if you choose to do the COACHING GROWTH TRACK than you will be adding 6 hours of voice-to-voice training with 201A or 6 hours of voice training with 201B which qualifies you for an Advanced Transformational Life Coaching Credential.

Dream Mentors 301: Mantle of God

Upon completion of Dream Mentors 101 and 201 A & B, you make take our Dream Mentors 301 course on the Mantle of God.

6 Week Program includes,

  • 15 Hour Course Video Materials and Power points/Audio files

  • Meet 6 hours with your coach during 301 on Zoom

  • Receive credential from your coach upon completion of the course​

Course Topics in DM 301 include,

  • What is a mantle? How has God equipped you to walk in yours? How is the mantle on your life reflected in transformational life coaching?

  • What are the steps to being promoted? What are the keys to your higher calling? What attitude should you possess in promotion?

  • How to walk in the authority and the confidence of the mantle of God on your life

  • How to rest in the mantle the Lord has given you

  • How is Jesus’ example of walking in His mantle pertinent to you today

  • The pain of your mantle and how to accept the suffering that comes with it, and the pain of relationships associated with your mantle

  • How to tap into the spiritual realm and bring truth into the natural

  • What is the Cycle of Destiny and how is this important for your mantle

  • How to step into destiny through an understanding of the Principle of First Fruits

  • Learn how to teach people these strategies for spiritual growth and development

However, if you choose to do the COACHING GROWTH TRACK than you will be adding 6 hours of Coach training to receive a credential to teach 301 Mantle of God.
